Tiger Torta / Tiger Cake



Testo: 

  • 7 jajca
  • 7 lazici siker 
  • 7 lazici brasno 

 Dobro se izmesat i se pece vo prvoagolna tava. Se sece na sitni kocki i vo filo se mesa

Filo:

  • 1/2 kilo mleko i 6-7 lazici siker da zavrie. 
  • Se stava 4 zolcki izmutani so 1 lazica brasno i se stavi da se oladi 
  • 250 gr margarin/puter dobro se izraboti i vo nego se dodava 100 g rastopeno cokolado i 250g meleni orasi. 
  • Se to toa se izmesa. I sitnetite kocki od pandispanot se potopuva vo filo. Dobro se izmesa i se stava u cinija golema so selofan pokrijes i se taka do deka se oblikuva. 
  •  Odozgore se stava slak - 4 belki i 8 lazici siker se mutat ubavo i posle se stavat vrs tortata.

Batter: 
  • 7 eggs
  • 7 tbsp sugar
  • 7 tbsp flour
  1. Mix ingredients. Bake in rectangular pan. 
  2. Once the batter is done baking, cut in to small squares. 
  3. Mix the filling and batter pieces together. 

Filling

  • 1/2 kg milk
  • 6-7 tbsp sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 250 gr margarine/butter
  • 100 gr melted chocolate
  • 250 gr grounded walnuts
  1. Combine milk and sugar in pan. Bring to boil.
  2. Stir in egg yolks and flour. Leave mixture to cool. 
  3. Combine margarine/butter with melted chocolate and walnuts. Mix well. 
  4. Bring together both mixtures, mix well. 
  5. Pour into completed batter squares and mix. 
  6. Place in large serving bowl 
  7. Cover with whipped topping
Whipped topping: 
  • 4 egg whites
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  1. Mix together ingredients until fluffly. 
  2. Cover cake with whipped topping
